Samsung – I bought a Samsung A14 in feb 2023, 4 months later phn stop working constant disconnect, muffled voice error messages that wouldn't let me call, couldn't hear person on line. Sent phn in for repair, they sent back, phn doing same thing now gotta send back. Phone defective. I want it replaced. HELP!!

SAMSUNG was an awesome company to work for till they outsourced most of their positions to PRS .. this brought low level candidates to our positions and low our standards. Also PRC DOES NOT VALUE EMPLOYEES ...
