I belive this for my work and my gradutate

Many pack compensation in Samsung

Staff discounts, good benefits yeah

good take home bonus and incentives

variety of benefits and good coverage of insurance

The lack of variable parts

The yearly bonus was really encouraging.

My compensation package come with an amazing gratuity and pension, this simply mean after retirement i can stilk earn a decent amount of money from my Company and that is more than enough for me.

Money is good and hours

The benefits and the salaray is very fair

I was able to negotiate what I felt was a fair and reasonable salary and bonus schedule. I got frequent raises in both salary and bonus. The increases were between 9-10%.

Under valued. Mbo is so convoluted low performers end up getting same rate of pay as high performers

It would be best if there was a retirement plan.

SAMSUNG was an awesome company to work for till they outsourced most of their positions to PRS .. this brought low level candidates to our positions and low our standards. Also PRC DOES NOT VALUE EMPLOYEES ...
