Getting lost in my work tasks. As cheesy as that sounds, I find it therapeutic.

They each have their own strengths and weaknesses that make them special. They're incredibly skilled and passionate about their work.

They're all so personable and enjoy their job. They bring excitement to the office and maintain a strong relationship amongst their peers.

You can tell the leadership really cares about their employees. Even as high up as the CEO, they interact with you as much as possible while also keeping a great business running.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is hard working, passionate, and caring to say the least. We help each other strive to reach our goals and work incredibly well together. We each have our own strengths and help each other grow.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Although the team executives are great, I feel sometimes they're missing some small details that can be easy to overlooked. If brought up as a team member, it might come across as ungrateful, specially if they're unable to meet those requests.
