For once in my life, I like coming to work. I like my job. I'm challenged but I appreciate that my management makes sure there isn't too much on my plate. I like who I work with, and I think the business is interesting. I love that everyday there is something new to do, and I like wearing many hats

Friendliness, everyone is great at their job.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being around people. Chatting w people in the office. The snacks :)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't know the exec team well enough! I'm not sure how to answer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is friendly and nice, and happy to get to know me. The culture encourages us to elevate ourselves, which I love.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know people outside of this company who do the same job as me and I'm underpaid. Plus cost of living has gone up like crazy and they haven't increased my pay to keep up w COLA. My health insurance has too high a deductible = inaccessible health care (too expensive, can't afford it but I need it)
