It is definitely challenging work, I am constantly thrown into scenarios where there is technology I haven't used before, which makes me want to learn more. I can't stress enough the amazing company culture we have here and the level of communication that goes on. I look forward to every day.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping partners and customers solve their biggest problems and challenges each day gives off a good, positive feeling. Working as a team with my colleagues and helping them succeed is also very fulfilling.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I'm going to go back to communication here. Everyone from management to my colleagues is open and we all communicate constantly on slack. I love our company culture here and I think it brings out the best in us.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
If I had to sum it up in one word, transparency. I like the fact that we are always kept in the know about important things going on with the organization. The level of communication and openness here is worlds better than my previous company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
To be honest, I just like the fact that I don't have to question if I am being paid to industry standards. The base is great and our commission model is excellent. I think it really pushes us to do more each and every quarter and the model is fair and easy to understand as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the fact that no one is afraid to speak their mind is important. Everyone here is extremely open and understanding. If I have questions or ideas, I am never afraid to share them. I also love the fact that I can easily interact with members of other teams here, even across the world.
