Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Two things: It is well below what I was offered by some of our competitors for similar positions, but I wanted to work here, so I settled. Second, with inflation is out of control, there should be some kind of company-wide raise to help us cope.

Our team is highly competitive, but in a kind way. We all want everyone to succeed, we just want to succeed a little more. :) Everyone takes pride in their work and wants the company to succeed, so they're happy to help each other out. There's an easy comradery between coworkers.

The positive attitude. There are growing pains to growing a company so quickly. There is a lot of change, a lot of learning, and sometimes work that would fall a little outside your role. But people seem to understand that, have a positive attitude about it, and roll with the punches.
