Stop hiring your friends at director level and above, the nepotism in this company is out of control. Also hold upper leadership accountable. It seems like most of leadership only manages up so our C level has no idea what's going on.

My health insurance has a huge deductible and I can't use my insurance this year at all because of that. I wish I was advised individually on how/what to enroll for regarding health insurance. Comp is okay. The workplace should be more interactive and inclusive. Work/Meetings with no relationships.
