What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive, frequently reviewed and assessed.

Stock Options and annual bonus. Health insurance is decent. Lacking matching 401k or HSA contributions, but these are generally benefits that public companies provide.

Everyone is very communicative, willing to help out when one person has limited bandwidth, and just innately kind. I love working with my team and am proud to be a part of a team that gets matters resolved and executed.

Even when working with internal business stakeholders, everyone is very understanding and patient when it comes to receiving reponses back. The mentality of asking rather than demanding is my favorite aspect of working with my fellow Sentinels. Everyone is respectful and encouraging.
