Out of all the jobs I've in my adult life thus far, this is by far the best one! My managers are great! They don't try to micromanage us, but they check in to see how everything is going from time to time. The work culture is AMAZING and this is the top reason why I love working for SpotHero!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
One of the best parts of my compensation package is unlimited PTO. Being able to take off more than one or two days if necessary, and being able to easily communicate that with my manager without going through some strenuous process to get it "approved".
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happiest is that I don't feel stressed about work when I get up in the morning, or when I'm done for the day. Even on my busiest days, I know I can step away from my computer and take a break if I need to.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I didn't know what to expect when interviewing for a tech company for the first time, but I was more than pleasantly surprised by how laid back everyone was. It made me feel much more comfortable during the process, and even though I was prepared, I didn't feel tripped up at any point.
