Like most Restaurants, hour are long. We get scheduled 10 hour a day, many times it ends up 11-11.5 when you close. Bonuses seem unobtainable. Front of hour cant cut back of house labor, but that labor keeps us from bonusing.

The store has a Family feel, where people care about each other. ( not at all stores)

Front of house pulls together at this location to help others. ( run food, help bus )
