My time with the company has been very positive. I love how I am allowed to make decisions based on what I think is best for the guests and team. Micromanaging is a big negative in a lot of other restaurant companies.

They take into consideration who I am. My strengths and my areas of opportunity. I am allowed to own my shift and I am not micromanaged.
