The employees at SQSP make it a great environment. Everyone is talented, and more importantly, kind. The benefits our HR department offers also contributes to an atmosphere where employees feel valued.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We receive quality medical, dental, and vision insurance with no premium. We have an unlimited PTO policy and the company overall is very good at maintaining a work/life balance and not working after business hours.

Everyone I've met at SQSP is talented and focused, but also kind. I've rarely had an experience where I felt like I was burdening a team member or like a team member didn't value my input.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Squarespace offers excellent benefits; they cover 100% of medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums and offer unlimited time off. My base salary makes me feel valued; the offer I was presented was higher than my asking rate.
