I feel like they're transparent in what's currently going on and are always willing to answer our questions

Everyone is SOOO friendly and willing to help each other. There is no cut-throat attitude here and no egos
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better benefits such as monthly wellness stipends and transportation stipends would be great. An ESPP and higher refreshers would also make me feel better
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Amazing worklife balance. The work we do is interesting and feels important to the company, but it's also not at a pace that forces us to overwork ourselves
