They are a mix of different personalities and cultures. We always have something to learn and chat about and this is so refreshing!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Things are quite transparent. People are open and share in that way. Things do not feel as formal in the culture, like other companies i've worked at in the past.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't ever need to feel worried when it comes to my health because i'm fully supported by the company who compensates me with the best health care. This covers not only my physical health but mental and emotional health also and to the highest standard.
