Supporting complex technical issues like we support are usually compensated double the amount in other companies with less pressure on KPIs.
They need to have more influence, get rid of middle-management, or give them the opportunity to actually manage instead of doing other tasks. Just showing support without having the influence and acting on it is not helpful.
This would help: More flexibility, better Workforce Management for schedules, so changes within the day would not be needed, Less pace as there are too many mistakes being made, and seeing other colleagues taking shortcuts. No 100% chat days, no double chats as this is recipe for mistakes.
