I joined sqsp about 2 years ago so I was able to settle in, develop strong relationships, and get an understanding of the company before Covid. Since then, I continue to be impressed with the caliber of our exec team, their leadership style and alignment is setting our business up for success.

I find that there's trust between people to get their work done.

I would say I'm compensated fairly for now so base is good as are the benefits.

I find people are open to feedback and interested improving themselves, they don't take feedback personally.

I'm actually able to make an impact and achieve my goals. They're attainable and I'm often set up for success.
