What makes you most happy at work?
To be challenged and get the opportunity to grow. Stampli definitely pushes you out of your comfort zone, but you come out of each project fulfilled and feeling accomplished. You learn something new every day, which is one of my favorite things.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The communicative and collaborative culture. Everyone is willing to lend a helping hand and go out of their way to make sure you are successful. It's a culture that encourages out-of-the-box thinking, challenging each other to be their best, and help each other grown and learn.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My favorite thing about the culture at Stampli is I thoroughly enjoy working with every single person. We spend so much of our time a week with these folks... and to be able to say I get to work with friends, makes it exciting and enjoyable when going to work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our package is one of the best I've had. Lots of benefits, weekly gift cards, office get-togethers, and more. They treat you fairly and compensates you for the work you put in. Overall, it's great. One improvement would be more upfront on the number of options you receive. I still do not know mine.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency. Our leadership team has weekly meetings to inform the team of what is going on at the company. It's great being a part of a culture that emphasizes keeping people up-to-date and aware of what is going on. That way, everyone is on the same page and striving to achieve the same goal.
