The work/ life balance is great. They want you to work hard and be excellent at your job, but it also feels just as important to enjoy yourself and not get burnt out.

I enjoy the diversity of the team and how everyone is a team player. We all want to succeed individually of course, but everyone wants everyone else to succeed as well. Amazing team atmosphere.
