The work is tough and challenging at first but people are willing to help you learn and grow to develop your talents and aid in the growth of the company. It's basically like there's and "all in this together" mentality with every aspect of the workplace.

I feel that, as a newer employee, the experience has been great. I haven't worked at a job where the culture is held to this high of a standard and the general sentiment towards employee care is great.

We are collaborative and keep work fun. Everyone is willing to lend a hand and help with projects

I wouldn't say anything makes me specifically "happy" but I enjoy what I do and who I work with.

I feel like we work very well together despite being in separate offices. Our communication and teamwork is very good.

They seem very invested in each employees success and future as well as making sure everyone feels they belong and aren't an outsider.

I feel that they are effective in their roles and are actively taking strides towards the growth and betterment of the company and its employees.

Leadership is open to new ideas and feedback. They understand that things change over time and they are willing to adapt to changing markets and trends
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company has a welcoming and inclusive culture. I started not too long ago and everybody was nice and friendly. Upper management was eager to meet with me and discuss my work.
