I have been very impressed with the people I have worked with and enjoy the social events, however I wish we had a bit better of a work life balance to allow for taking lunch breaks together and getting out of work at a more reasonable time.

My overall experience has been great thus far. I have learned a lot and made a lot of great connections with the wonderful people that work here.

I have had a positive experience at the company. The compensation has been fair, and I feel that I'm surrounded by smart, kind people.

I like that they made the extra effort to tell me about my bonus in person and that they have gotten to know me individually.

They are focused on my career trajectory in addition to personal growth, helping me become the best person I can be.

They provide clear, transparent updates on the direction of the company, compensation plans, and strategic goals. I feel that they are being thoughtful in their planning and fair in how much they're sharing with the broader group.

They listen and respond not only to the marketplace, but to the employees as well and they're are not afraid to admit mistakes?

The leadership team is understanding

I like that money is automatically put into my 401K account and I like that I can usually bet on getting a bonus if I am doing the best I can at work.

Bonus is strong. Open PTO policy is also good for flexibility but am unsure how it will unfold throughout the year (i.e., will it feel better/worse or be easier/harder to take time off compared to 'limited' PTO)

Besides the obvious pay / bonus, the additional covered expense of a gym membership is extremely appealing.

401K contribution - it's pretty standard to see 401K matches, but they will provide a sizable contribution even if the employee does not contribute

Receiving a biweekly pay check!

On the lower end of salary benchmarks

Feel like there should be more variation in pay if performance dictates pay

Not been seen for my contribution, loyalty and integrity.

I am paid nearly 15% less than the comparable salary in Chicago

Undervalued is stronger than I would put it, but most of us are well aware of market rates for compensation and are also aware of market increases in recent past

Everyone is incredibly smart and willing to help!

Everyone is bright and curious, as well as helpful. Working with everyone has been an absolute pleasure.

Most folks on the team are highly talented, capable people, but the company has also fostered a positive and collegial environment where everyone is genuinely kind as well.

We learn from each other.

The best thing about the team is that they are fun

Set clearer expectations upfront, make less assumptions about what should be understood without saying it, communicate more effectively, and overall have a more positive attitude towards team members

I like the people and I like that we have social events to encourage more bonding/getting to know each other.

The strong work ethic of everyone on the team leads to me pushing myself in work.

The work pace is fast and challenging, but there seems to be sensitivities around whether or not it becomes unsustainable. Steps seem to be taken to address any major sustainability concerns

The most positive thing about the culture is the 'work hard, play hard' mentality.

Supportive and bases on trust

More inclusivity. It feels very segmented. Also way better training. The 1 week crash course does not prepare for actuality. Suggestion here is to have cohorts start together and do a couple day to 1 week crash course example project before first shadow project

I like seeing the end result of my work and seeing a deck come together at the end of a project, it's very satisfying

When I'm engaged in learning more about topics of interest, typically when it's a specific aspect/dynamic of an industry or the project I'm working on.

The ability to learn something new about an industry I would previously gain no knowledge in is extremely important / exciting to me.
