I like seeing the end result of my work and seeing a deck come together at the end of a project, it's very satisfying

When I'm engaged in learning more about topics of interest, typically when it's a specific aspect/dynamic of an industry or the project I'm working on.

The ability to learn something new about an industry I would previously gain no knowledge in is extremely important / exciting to me.

Completing a milestone deliverable for clients

I enjoy what I do. I feel that it's important work and makes an impact. I also enjoy the team I work with and feel supported by them.

Coding, learning new tools, and being stimulated mentally.

Interesting problems to work on with smart colleagues and very smart clients

interacting with those around me

I am happy when I am able to help someone with a problem.

I wouldn't say anything makes me specifically "happy" but I enjoy what I do and who I work with.
