Everyone is incredibly smart and willing to help!
Everyone is bright and curious, as well as helpful. Working with everyone has been an absolute pleasure.
Most folks on the team are highly talented, capable people, but the company has also fostered a positive and collegial environment where everyone is genuinely kind as well.
We learn from each other.
The best thing about the team is that they are fun
It's a mixed bag, but for those who do bring positivity into the team: they are fun to work with, and very capable and motivated

Everyone works hard and is very supportive of each others development, not a competitive environment. It's a fun collegial atmosphere and although happy hours don't happen as often since most people work from home on Fridays, they are fun when they do happen.

I'm working with a really smart group of professionals that I can not only learn from, but also engage socially with. I've met a lot of friends, not work friends, but actual friends during my time here. Everyone is willing to help each other succeed.
Some of the best things about my project teams includes my colleague's ability to be flexible to project needs (i.e. calls, notes, deck) on a daily basis, their ability to communicate new project needs & key findings, and their collaboration across roles.

Set clearer expectations upfront, make less assumptions about what should be understood without saying it, communicate more effectively, and overall have a more positive attitude towards team members
