It was good at first. fast paced. nice emloyees. by the time i left almost 2 years later everyone just got lazy. they werent cleaning rooms how they were supposed to. they werent taking care of customers and giving them what they needed. they constantly dragged their appearances down every day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
it didnt take much time because they needed people and were willing to train as much as possible
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
we need workers that are actually motivated to do their jobs and we need constant business and no complaints from any guests that stay.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
if i got paid better it would be one thing. but i also need to be treated better and praised when i actually take care of things that no one thought i could handle or take care of.
