I Think for the work we do we should be paid more for the chemicals we deal with we should have paid insurance instead they make us sign a waiver so do they really care

Housekeepeers do there job and not be rude
They need to listen, follow directions, show up to work, not spend all day on their phones
We do not have company meetings and interaction with coworkers is little to none

we need workers that are actually motivated to do their jobs and we need constant business and no complaints from any guests that stay.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Some of the staff feel they are untouchable and act horrible infront of guests
if i got paid better it would be one thing. but i also need to be treated better and praised when i actually take care of things that no one thought i could handle or take care of.
