The best thing about our team is even tho we are bad at communicating and helping each other out we still show up
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I Think for the work we do we should be paid more for the chemicals we deal with we should have paid insurance instead they make us sign a waiver so do they really care
