I've never worked at a company where the CEO gave much concern to his employees during these struggling times.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

This is a good company and the leadership seems to care about everyone working there. They help their employees during weather emergencies and they were more careful during the COVID pandemic than they were required to be even though it affected the bottom line.

What can this brand most improve?

The company is not flexible. They provide inadequate services then punish you when it causes errors on the consumers end. I will never purchase anything from this company ever again, or their affiliates
