So far the company has been very fast-paced / quickly changing, but the leaders and team are all on the same page as to what has to get done for us to succeed, which reduces / eliminates the annoying bureaucracy / power struggles of my previous roles.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm actually building things vs. stuck in bureaucracy.

The leaders have set a "human" culture, and everyone's following along with them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company has found great ways to connect us, even though we're all working remotely.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The team is very communicative and transparent about policies / strategies around comp and benefits. (Also, the options don't hurt...)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They could (literally) do all of our jobs, potentially better than we can, but we can't clone them (yet). Yet, somehow, they're still incredibly down to earth and "human" with us.
