What is the best part about your compensation package?
upside potential is potentially life-changing. they pay above market and have benefits outstanding for our stage of life

The pay is competitive but the benefits are a bit lacking but it's looking promising! Thanks People's team!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be more commensurate to market value and level of experience.
It is hard to justify compensation for roles that have been implemented for the first time therefore when speaking numbers there should be a comparison shown to make the employee understand why the amount was chosen for them.
benefits need a rehaul, which is coming but haven't seen the new plan yet.

I haven't gone through a promotion cycle yet so this might change. I am worried that I may be working extremely hard and producing results but not getting paid for it

The rationale I hear around why we're paid below market average is because of our equity incentives. While this is understandable it puts a lot of pressure on us to succeed while not feeling like we're receiving our worth in the moment.
