Good products. Competitive wages and benefits. Plenty of work for the foreseeable future. Very poor communication. Understaffed. A lot of bullying. Biased management and HR where employees are not treated the same in similar circumstances. Incentives are rare.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. Creating an atmosphere free of bullying. Treating all employees the same in every situation.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that we spoke about the many different skills on my resume and how they could be incorporated into the job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I brought over 25 years of experience with me to the company and it would be nice if I were treated like that instead of being talked down to like somebody who doesn't know anything by people who have never actually done my job.
