I find the workplace culture to be supportive and LGTBQ+ friendly. I have enjoyed being trained in multiple departments. It keeps me engaged and learning. However, they advertise competitive pay, but I am still at minimum wage after ~1 year and multiple denied raises. I will leave w/o a raise soon.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working hard on a framing project that comes out looking great and impressing the customer
