My experience working for micheals has been very poor! 3 years dedicated and hardly any appreciation. No incentives. A little raise that was less than newer and more undepandable employees. Only 2 employees in the store most times. Not safe. No benefits. No motivation. Im quitting!

Theyre good people hard working and that motivates and encourages eachother.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No rewards, incentives, or recognition for accomplishments for the company or for being a dedicated and dependable employee. A bigger raise would help. And some kind of appreciation.
