What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Events to give us a break from work and a chance to interact with each other. Movies, waffle day, pie day, Pentathanerd, etc....
What do you like best about the leadership team?
LT keeps us informed of how we're doing on a timely basis. Seems to be aware of the market outside us and how we need to adapt to survive. Everyone also is enthusiastic when interacting with employees.
