What makes you most happy at work?

Collaborating with others to solve complex problems, and having a clean and modern office with ergonomic equipment is all the reason for me.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Team members within the department are very supportive and know each other on a personal level. Facilities has tried really hard in the last year to come up with interesting and fun events.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We really support each other within the department, but projects have become a little less so due to the level of fatigue, and because helping someone else means you may not have time to get your own work done.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

We have become so production-oriented that we don't regard the needs of the individual the way we used to. Contribution is measured in terms of billable hours, and burnout is ignored. Culture feels like it has all but disintegrated because leadership isn't inspiring.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Perks are great if you have the time to enjoy them, but work-life balance has taken a real hit. "Flexible PTO" sounds great, but if you're so busy that you don't feel like you can take any, or there's nobody to cover you, then the benefit has no value.
