PPD is great, however my experience here has been extremely stifled by the recent agreements and redefining of roles put forth by Thermo. Thermo has seemingly made it as though PPD is not considered as a valuable asset to the company and Thermo's treatment of PPD and it's associates reflects this.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
PPD is very much a tight-nit community. Despite there being several different departments with 1000's of associates, everyone is willing to lend a helping hand.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a very quick turn around between my application and interview, and I heard back following the interview very quickly. During my interview I feel like my career interests and goals were taken into deep consideration and I feel respected by those who interviewed me.
