I can reach out to the CEO right this moment with an idea or just to say hi. There is a very real open door policy here at every level.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have the opportunity to think bigger than I would at a different company. Most companies will ask for ideas and speak about openness, but at Tophatter I feel like this is not just lip service. I'm able to stretch outside of my professional role here and collaborate with a wider variety of people.
