Consistant mismanagment from the district managers, bad pay like actually and horrible inconsiderate amount. The standards for emoloyees are too high considering the resources and lack of staffing. This company pretends to care about a marginalized group of people in order to profit do not work here

Corporate sends cookies at christmas, thats literally it.

Communication without verbally abusing staff, offen in front of customers and other staff.

I hired a majority of them and i believe them to all be kind, competent, and hardworking

I didnt i have a history of hiring at other jobs and torrids interview makes it hard to determine if someome is actually a good canidate
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Prices to high, pay too low, not enough people to do the job and the constantly want us to utilize less people. Bad benefits and bad oversight from corporate leaders
