They need to trust their employees to do their jobs. They need to take seriously complaints made about managers and higher ups when they engage in unprofessional behaviors.
Remembering that Torrid is a team, not a place of gossip and cliques. Managers and district managers should take time to do team building and get to know strengths and weaknesses of the group.
BEING ORGANIZED, THE PAY IS NOT GOOD
Avoid favoritism, bias. Be open and bring transparency. Become an ally to under represented. Recognize and appreciate hardwork equally. Fight for your team and provide resources to make them successful.
Focusing on work and less on gosspi
They need to choose more candidates that reflect the company's overall values better. They need to find better ways to send more support to mid level employees such as store managers. Some regional employees wete supportive but some are not, DMs are especially unsupportive to their employees.
Look at how badly your store managers are treating there tea n s and fix it

Pay does not match the amount of effort expected within the job. Managers and leaders do not often "practice what they preach", which makes it difficult to give credibility to your superiors. There is a lack of understand of what should be asked of an employee making minimum wage.
Listening. Helping. Stop being a 9-5 monday thru Friday boss. Retail doesn’t work that way. Respecting their employees. It seems like even if you’re doing a great job, if you’re not kissing their ass they won’t help you or even bother to visit yo

The people who work at my store are great and deserve to be compensated for the amount of work and effort put into the job. This job is extremely demanding the company has unrealistic expectations for the employees yet they still deliver and get crapped on by the company, Torrid bullies lower staff.
