All management should be equal across the board. Truth be told full-time and part time management work harder the the store manager while she stand around and watch you do all the work.

There's a clear discrimination in pay scale. People were taken advantage for years. Not everyone wants to change jobs but teams are now pushed to do that after constant ignorance by HR/Top management. There's lot of attrition already.

They have some inconsistencies on pay. When a store earns more and pay is raised it ks not raised for the current employees, leaving more experienced employees getting paid less than newer ones. They have inconsistencies on how and who qualifies for bonuses.
For the amount of work I do plus picking up slack from coworkers and managers not doing there job I she be paid more as they stand around and do nothing

As a manager, i was being paid under $10/hour. I was working 40-45 hours a week at PARTTIME. My manager made sure to exile us from parts of the store if she felt we were out performing her. I was taken advantage of MULTIPLE times.

Honestly showing more apreciation and fair wages. We do a lot and we out up with a lot because we believe torrids message is important.
I have been with the company for 5 years and new employees in my role are being hired in at a minimum of 5k more per year than me.
