What did you like most about the interview process?

It was a quick interview

It was conversational and quick

I didnt i have a history of hiring at other jobs and torrids interview makes it hard to determine if someome is actually a good canidate

I felt the questions were more in depth than other places ive worked

I was asked to construct an outfit for my manager acting as a client looking for clothing for a specific event. its a good way of knowing who actually can attend to customer needs.

The interview lasted about an hour and a half and was a conversation.

They really make a point to treat everyone fairly and give an equal chance. If it's not the right fit, it's about keeping that relationship intact.

I interviewed with 5 different people. My experience interviewing with the Regional Director, Vice President of Stores, and Head of Operations were all pleasant experiences.

Be truthful about how bad this company is and answer questions the interviewed person asks
