I feel underappreciated and over worked. Most of us feel that way I think and people are unhappy. It makes the work environment uncomfortable and stressful for all.

So far it's been only ok. I'm afraid to ask questions because my store manager tends to get very irritated with me when I dont remember how to do something on the POS instantly after being shown once or maybe twice. I dont like trying to convince customers to sign up for credit cards.

The people who work at my store are great and deserve to be compensated for the amount of work and effort put into the job. They need to improve on organization(very lazy and cluttery) and communication(favoritism, cliques, gossiping and isolation). I was practically thrown into an environment where no one will help me(even though they know I have no experience in retail) when I ask a question.

I'm part time so I get no benefits, which is ok for me, because my spouse has us covered there. Many of my coworkers, however, have no healthcare coverage, work multiple jobs, and are treated like underachieving slackers by our 'leadership teams'.

I think that the compensation for my work and my job performance isn't where it should be to show that my company actually values me as an employee. My sales goals are always above and at the top, yet my compensation for it is not being shown back to me very well

My SALES team is hardworking, friendly, and willing to help one another out with tasks and shift coverage. They're frustrated and discouraged by how upper management (RN and above) talks about us and to us. All efforts to inform them of issues are treated as 'excuses'.

My coworkers need to improve communication, teamwork and organization. No one should be treated like a maid. The environment is very toxic because a majority of them will undermine, gossip, and isolate you. Even though it varies by location, I would not work here(no training and toxic environment)
