Interviews were conducted in a group setting; we all got to share a bit about ourselves, share shopping horror stories, and how we felt when we found Torrid, a chain that actually tries to accommodate larger ladies.
I'm part time so I get no benefits, which is ok for me, because my spouse has us covered there. Many of my coworkers, however, have no healthcare coverage, work multiple jobs, and are treated like underachieving slackers by our 'leadership teams'.
I'm profoundly frustrated with my leadership team, if we're talking about regional management and above. There are SERIOUS quality control issues in the manufacture and shipment of our products. LISTEN TO YOUR SALES TEAMS AND CUSTOMERS, OR BUSINESS WILL CONTINUE TO SUFFER.
Body positivity reigns. We all want to do the best we can for our customers, to make them feel gorgeous and polished and confident. It's getting progressively harder to do that with all the shoddy craftsmanship and damaged goods we get straight from manufacturing.
My SALES team is hardworking, friendly, and willing to help one another out with tasks and shift coverage. They're frustrated and discouraged by how upper management (RN and above) talks about us and to us. All efforts to inform them of issues are treated as 'excuses'.
Providing my customers with a fantastic experience. Finding things for them that suit them, and make them feel beautiful. I need QUALITY product in order to do my best at that. We are LOSING CUSTOMERS due to failing quality and inappropriate prices for said quality.
