Leadership doesn't seem to think outside the box, but standard b-school response to stock price fluctuations = stock price dips, lay off staff. Mostly behind the leading edge in tech and capabilities.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are told we can contribute, and that we will be rewarded for speaking honestly and being transparent. I've not tried that hard to be honest, as I'm not sure it's true. TU seems very 'big corporate' stratified and 'stay in your lane'.
