People are generally nice and TRY to help. PTO is flexible. Work is meandering. No real ownership of products.
My manager tries to shelter his/her direct reports.
Flexible schedule, amazing coworkers, great benefits and supportive management
We are told we can contribute, and that we will be rewarded for speaking honestly and being transparent. I've not tried that hard to be honest, as I'm not sure it's true. TU seems very 'big corporate' stratified and 'stay in your lane'.
Positive environment and energy from the team members
Committed team efforts and provisioned to take time to accomplish task which best for organization
Care for people and continuous learning
Respect for individual & pro active in nature
The coworkers are nice people who respect work life balance.
Invest and reward hard work.
Lack of communication to rank and file
More realistic project management and don't just dump objectives when the planning is poor.
