TransUnion Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are open and friendly

They say nice things about the staff

Coordination and helping tendency to reach our goals

Very dedicated to the employees

Very humble, welcoming, supportive leadership team

More transparency, Clear vision on business feature and easy to approach higher management etc.

Communication and support on new projects!

Good thought full vision better

Good long-term vision with a constant eye towards diversification via new markets or acquisitions.

They’re always open to new ideas and seem interested in the thoughts of their engineers.

They need to communicate better between each other

They're caring & pro active

The leadership team has a thoughtful long term vision.

Has good vision for the company. Stays calm under challenging condisions

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Both innovation and values. The company is soley focused on delivering what customers demand as catch-up features, vs. having an innovation lab. And there is no production-level focus on prioritizing the right thing, beyond the marketing-only 'Information for Good' branding campaign.

No onboarding basically. But you're still expected to deliver on the business and the tech. The tech is outdated at best. Docs are outdated. Knowledge gaps across the board. No one has any answers. Management is blind to individual struggles. Zero empathy.

Providing resources so people don't get burned out and leave

Needs USA focus & not India focus

They need to get better at placing value on the American talent TU had. Cheap labor cant replace the knowledge US employees have.

Actions speak louder than words. Lack of communication three levels down. Why are we doing what we are doing. What is the future vision. Directors and VPs have insight but it does not roll down to the ranks.
