They are open and friendly
They say nice things about the staff
Coordination and helping tendency to reach our goals
Very dedicated to the employees
Very humble, welcoming, supportive leadership team
No onboarding basically. But you're still expected to deliver on the business and the tech. The tech is outdated at best. Docs are outdated. Knowledge gaps across the board. No one has any answers. Management is blind to individual struggles. Zero empathy.
Providing resources so people don't get burned out and leave
Needs USA focus & not India focus
They need to get better at placing value on the American talent TU had. Cheap labor cant replace the knowledge US employees have.
Actions speak louder than words. Lack of communication three levels down. Why are we doing what we are doing. What is the future vision. Directors and VPs have insight but it does not roll down to the ranks.
PTO is flexible. Health and dental are adequate. The annual bonus (company + individual performance) are great. Total comp is fair for the amount of work. But lo compared to industry standards.
The salary is very decent
Amazing benefits and top sellers have stock options
Unlimited PTO, modern maternity leave offering. flexible schedule, and good retirement contributions.
Very much employee caring organization..
due to the non compliance within the company
Less compensation new folks hired have more money
The raises are insulting even for meeting and or exceeding goals. The benefits continue to get more expensive with less value.
Below market pay. They don't do raises, the salary you start with is the salary you end with, no matter what your performance is.
Bonus could be better 3 percent bonus is an insult
Friendly people, smart, hard working
Many of the people i work with are top notch for certain.
We make work a great environment
Team has a good coordination and achieve the goals in time
everyone cares and works as hard as they can to get the job done.
We need to make more evidence based descisions
Sharing more information
People are generally nice and TRY to help. PTO is flexible. Work is meandering. No real ownership of products.
My manager tries to shelter his/her direct reports.
Flexible schedule, amazing coworkers, great benefits and supportive management
We are told we can contribute, and that we will be rewarded for speaking honestly and being transparent. I've not tried that hard to be honest, as I'm not sure it's true. TU seems very 'big corporate' stratified and 'stay in your lane'.
Positive environment and energy from the team members
Invest and reward hard work.
Lack of communication to rank and file
More realistic project management and don't just dump objectives when the planning is poor.
It was virtual so less nerves
Interview process is clear at all different associate levels with identifying best resource for the organization
2 technical round & one HR round
Usually they tell you if you stand a chance or not
I was interviewing during reorgs and it was a mess. The tow people who interviewed me were great. But the process took forever. Company changes are beyond people's control afterall.
Have actual conversations d7ring the process vs hypothetical questions.
Too many rounds and disconnect between hiring manager and recruiters. Needs more structure and adherence to timelines instead of keeping candidates waiting or prolonging the interview cycle.
The recruiters communicate incorrect deadlines
The ability to make an amazing income if i work hard and succeed at my goals
Helping my team achieve their goals and dreams while we all work to make the customer happy
The quality of work put out by my team. Seeing others succeed.
Work life balance, compensation, learning etc.
Work life balance, Working in latest technology & Awesome work culture
- Don't fire 1300 workers and replace them with lower cost resources from other regions while simultaneously setting overly aggressive deadlines. The restructuring is going to kill productivity through all of 2024. - Kill the return to office mandate
The companies systems are old and create headaches for all.
Lack of ability to get promotions or better comp
