Nothing positive to say about trinity. Overworked and underpaid. Nurse to patient ratio is the worst in the area and promote a dangerous environment for the patients.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Simply put, better staffing/ patient to nurse ratios
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better staffing ratios (step down should not have 6 patients)
