Trinity Health Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Our leadership team listens to concerns of colleagues and is available to answer questions. The leaders hold town hall meetings to share information and provide answers to submitted questions.

They did their best to stay transparent and to advocate for us.

they are good with communication

Easy to access, clear vision, clear understanding of needs and goals, and clarity as to where we are going.

Gratitude is more than a word to each - they are genuine and care about others.

My local leadership has my back. Corporate HQ has unreal expectations.

They get the job done

Review from Operations Dept

Supportive, emotionally intelligent, genuinely smart people, passion for healthcare, our patients and our communities

They are so nice and smart

They grow people and they take responsibility

calm, mature, experienced, open, ethical

That at each ministry they are personable.

Thoughtful and deliberate, good experience, many are promoted from within, so they get it.

Good people who care about the people we serve.

They have wonderful personalities and tells it like is

Review from Customer Support Dept

Their style is servant leadership.

They listen, care and show empathy and compassion.

Amazing awesomr fantastic okay please

Forward-thinking, proactive leadership. The delivery of health care is changing and we are trying to lead. I appreciate that. Leadership addresses social issues, rather than running or not addressing stuff - I like that. They are still working on some stuff but you can tell they are trying.

Leadership is distanced. And constantly pays themselves on the back at every moment

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Vision, leadership skills, listening, engaging

The leadership team is non existant and there is no support.

Removing their heads from their behinds

Creating efficient processes by listening to colleagues and seeking to understand, having integrity, living the mission, listening to the voice of the customer. Avoid top-down leadership style. Don't assume you know best. Break down siloes and incestuous factions and groups.

Communication and understanding that pay raises and a higher wage is a necessity to retention.

Creating deadlines based on realistic project plans.

Literally everything, they are selfish and careless

EXTREMELY top down command-and-control structure with little concern for local issues.

Organizing the business model to be able to pay your workers better. Also foster a better work culture - which starts with proper compensation.

Communication with each other and employees, compensating employees fairly, empathizing with those that make them their money, not taking vacations more of the year than they work.

Listening to the collective needs and ideas of their employees

Listening to employees and taking action to remedy the issues. Supporting employees.

Communicating employee expectations. Listening to employees and offering solutions to problems. Leadership is never around. Leadership is not supportive or respectful to employees.

Supoorting their manager and stop piling work on

Listening to colleagues and engaging them in decision-making.
