Trinity Health Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

When I was hired they gave me a chance to prove myself

It was a phone interview

Meeting the different colleagues you would interact with.

I interviewed prior to Trinity taking over

unguarded description, by interviewer, of their experiences and challenges at Trinity.

It was an interaction, not just the standard questions.

Flexibilty to do phone and virtual interviews.

Shadowing a current employee during their workday helped me get a picture of what the day-to-day processes look like in practice.

Relatively painless, option for virtual interviewing. Transparent about pay and benefits. The recruiter called me directly, told me to ask questions and I didn't feel rushed to make a decision.

They took time to really listen.

Pre-interview dinner and free lunch :)

it was round robin and I got to meet several different staff

Review from Customer Support Dept

The interview process was good. The problem comes once you are hired. The amount of time it takes HR to get you up and running (computer access, Pyxis access, etc) is RIDICULOUS!! It takes the hospital forever to fill a position and for the 1st couple of weeks you're working without needed access.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Who knows? Probabaly fire the kool-aid drinking HR

Make it shorter and have someone experienced do the interviews

Being more formal and setting expectations without being falsely lead a salary that would be competitive based on previous work experience.

recognizing value, not filling a position with anyone with a interest and a pulse

Less informal, more pertinent to job requirements and qualifications.
