A few coworkers are good to have converstations with. Some others don't get along well or give each others a hard time.
Diverse, smart, informed, and well trained
Our team is incredibly team work oriented. We make things work which can also be a downfall because we often get overlooked although we bring in the highest amount of revenue in the facility. We are often short staffed but we make it work witth out teamwork and passion for our patients.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Hire skilled staff as there is virtually no training as people are leaving the organization faster than they can hire people
Hire people skilled in the positions they are being hired for. There is NO training at all as there is nobody left to do it!
We have people that are lazy and underqualified
