Constructive Feedback from Employees

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Turtle corporate has poor training and layout of responsibility. The Exdcutive group is in charge of way too much. And does little to change anything.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Fire some executices. And fire some old managers that do not want to change. Bring in new people that are in line with what the CEO and Owner want.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There is a negative attitudw within the organization. Its starts with executive arguing. And filters down the line to all the employees. The EC needs to get their act together and communicate better. Then their employees will work correctly.
